St. Thomas University is a non-profit university headquartered in North Carolina – which, in turn, is supported in this early start-up phase by American E-Learning Investments, Inc., headquartered in Wyoming, which is responsible for its financial sustenance until STU is authorized to operate by the relevant North Carolina authorities and achieves a balanced budget by supporting itself financially from its resources.
STU is a “staff-quality intensive” organization with dependence and permeability between those who exercise governance and those assonated. St. Thomas University, through its governing bodies, has established guidelines for the activities necessary to carry out its mission.
